Presented by the Bishop’s Committee on Healing Ministries, the Refresher Day for All Healing Ministries is on Saturday May 10th at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, Scarborough. Registration is open via the link here.
There will be time and space throughout the day for quiet and reflection and also for social gathering, all together and in smaller groups, as you choose. We will have Eucharist (with anointing) at midday.
There will be one workshop in two parts (each 90 minutes with breaks) on Advanced Health Care Planning. "Good Time to Plan Ahead" Part one in the morning and Part two in the afternoon. We are pleased to welcome back our presenter, Allison Elliot, an end of life doula, with much experience compassionately supporting and guiding conversations with loved ones for advance planning of end of life.
