On May 29, the Church of St. Andrew was honoured to welcome Mrs. Mishelle N. H. Butters, the consul general of Guyana, as the country celebrated its 50th anniversary of independence.
There are many folks of Guyanese background who are members of St. Andrew's, and for the day several members of the Guyanese Pioneers Fundraising Group worshipped with us as well.
